shall mean a conditioned (heated or cooled) or naturally ventilated structure with at least one full time equivalent occupant, with minimum 200 square meters built area, in one of the following uses:
(i) homes, including single family homes, townhouses, condominiums, apartment buildings and other residential buildings used primarily as dwellings for natural persons, including families;
(ii) hotels, including hotels, motels, and resorts;
(iii) retail, including shopping centers, supermarkets, malls, stores;
(iv) hospitals, including private and public hospitals, clinics, multi-specialty hospitals, eye and dental clinics and hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic center;
(v) offices, including any size office and commercial building.

• EDGE application is prepared by owner/developer, verified by auditor and certified by
GBC Indonesia.

• In addition to audit services, Auditors may:

they are working for as EDGE Auditor, as this represents a conflict of
