Responsibility includes:
 Preparation, issue, withdraw, transfer and cancellation of PTW safety documents.
 Supervision of all Pipeline/Piping works as per work order and ensures safety and quality standards
of client.
 Check flow direction arrows on valves, verify that they are properly identified and valves are
installed in accordance with flow direction.
 Ensure pipeline supports, anchor and guides have been installed in accordance with the pipeline
drawings and the pipe support details.
 Monitoring the QA/QC Documentation and ensure that all the activities are incorporated to their
system on daily basis and can be traced according to our requirements.
 Line check to verify the use of correct material fittings, valves, and supports, prior to hydro test and
prepare punch list for incomplete works.
 Prepare weekly reports of the total spool erection, isometric weight installed, welded diameter
inches of supports and joints and the remaining work front with the materials available.
 Inform Superintendent /Construction Manager about the issues related to work front
 Prepare process flow diagrams along with P&IDs.
 Ensure that all subordinates are trained and knowledgeable of specifications and work procedures
and that work is being performed in conformance with specified quality requirements.
 Prepare Punch list for finished work prior to hand over to the client by paying special attention to all
equipment including Quality checks.
 Familiar with all work permit i.e. hot work, cold work, confined space and gas release permit.
 Sound knowledge of all safety precaution related to work permit.

pressure vessels, furnace.
