i would like to know if my place is a perfect match for what you're
looking for, which exactly location do you want a place to rent,how

Well! i would prefer a clean and neat tenant , someone with some energy to take
care of the place .Well !i dont really care about the Monthly rent but i'd care

Well, it's okay.i've heard you and i hope you will be a good, clean and
neat tenant to take care of the place. well i would like to know if
you're ready to meet with my Attorney as soon as possible at the
rental place for the Tenancy lease agreement form and also Move
in.well i have contacted my attorney Mrs Veronica Jones and Before
we proceed,there are some conditions and rules .

Firstly:You will have to read and agree to the terms and condition
on the lease agreement that will be scanned and forwarded to you
confirming that the house has been legally reserved for you.

Secondly:You will have to fix an appointment to meet with my


attorney at the rental place to sign and finalize the tenancy contract
agreement which has be prepared for you .

Please get back to me with the following information to forward to Mrs Veronica
Jones to prepare the Tenancy contract Agreement Form .

Greeting ! I've gotten the lease agreement form from Mrs Veronica Jones and i
have printed them out for my signature but i would like you to go
through the lease agreement form and know if you're okay with all the
terms and condition of the agreement form before we both sign.

I will be waiting to hear from you soon before i proceed and i would

Thanks for the reply. I would have be so much happy if your request can be granted,
but it will be very difficult to allow a stranger to go and open the apartment in
my behind without entering an agreement or confirming any thing at hand or before
hand, I think you should put yourself into my shoe, I'm assuring you that in case
if you don't find the apartment as portrayed in the pictures, you are going to get
your money back in full including the transfer charges. So i think you should put
your mind at ease, you can always go and checkout the existence of the
apartment,surrounding's and see if you are OK with the present situation of the
apartment.
don't let us engage in further argument on this issue, as we are both entering this
contract in good fate and I will really appreciate if you can let us cross this

I'm going to be sincere I really understand your feelings, it;s true that there
are so many ripper out there that business is not like it use to be this days. But
