    SCREW / VANE AIR COMPRESSOR C I T A R

    1 Check front, rear panel & cooler unit for foreign matter.
    2 Check tank auto drain and ball valve for clogging or damage.
    3 Check air Filter element clogging or damage.
    4 Check oil filter element clogging or damage.
    5 Check oil separator element clogging or damage.
    6 Check Scavenging pipe clogging or damage
    7 Check coolant level in separator reservoir.
    8 Check drive belt or coupling element for cracks, fraying, wear and adjust its tension.
    9 Check screw airend rotor bearings during operation.
    1 Check main drive motor bearing during operation.

    1 Check compressor air and oil hose and pipes for leakage or deterioration.
