Chapter 1 Overview

AF-50K-103A is a kind of particle material quantitative weighing module,


which can carry out high-speed quantitative weighing by controlling the
feeding door and unloading door. Adopt servo motor two-stage fast and slow
speed feeding, so as to achieve the best accuracy and speed.

6. High-speed and high-precision quantitative weighing: servo motor is


used to drive the gate feeding (free blanking), which is fast and
accurate.

The system has the characteristics of rapid and accurate weighing,


stable and reliable performance, convenient operation and complete
functions.

1.2 Main uses and application scope

This equipment is mainly designed for quantitative packaging of granular


materials under 50KG.The measurable materials are mainly rice and coarse
grains with small particles (such as millet, soybeans, mung beans, sugar, etc.)

2. Precautions for safe use

1. The power supply used conforms to the requirements of this


manual;

2. Equipment grounding meets the requirements;

3. Do not carry out mechanical or electrical maintenance when


charged;

4. The mounting frame connected with the product should be firm;

5. Please cut off the power supply and air source when installing
the metering bucket.

6. Weighing bucket, electromagnetic vibrator, sensor is not


allowed to knock. The sensor is not allowed to exceed the
range of use;

7. During the use of the equipment, no part of the body is


allowed to reach into the equipment, and the scale door has
been firmly installed before use;

8. Damage to the product is not allowed;

Chapter 2. Structure characteristics and
working principle

1.3 Structure

This product is mainly used for quantitative measurement of granular materials.


The material enters through the inlet. The quantitative process includes two-speed
feeding control, weighing quantitative control and unloading control.The control
system of the equipment can automatically correct the process parameters according
to the different materials and measuring range, which reduces the complexity of
equipment debugging and maintenance and facilitates the use of supporting

control panel, controlling the action of the unloading cylinder.
9. Measuring bucket: hoisted by sensor, loaded with material weighing, volume
about 86L.
10. Discharging cylinder (*2): drive the unloading door to move.
11. Discharging door (*2 opposite): pneumatic control, discharging materials to
the lower institutions.
12. Dust removal interface: docking with dust remover.
13. Electric control box: equipped with main control board and other electrical
components to collect the weight of the measuring bucket and output control
signals.
14. Scale frame: outer frame, upper and lower flange interface and upper and
lower mechanism connection.

1.4 Transport Protection Restoration

This product in order not to damage the sensor in transit. The measuring
hopper is disassembled and inverted in the frame of the scale body. After
receiving the product, it is necessary to install the metering bucket.

This product metering bucket adopts quick loading and quick unloading
design. One person can complete the installation of the metering bucket in
10 minutes.

As shown in the figure below:

-> opens the scale rack door plate.

-> loosen the metering bucket fixing bolt.

-> takes out the measuring hopper from the frame of the scale body and
turns it upright (as shown in the figure below).

-> Insert the metering bucket horizontally into the metering bucket bracket
(as shown by the red arrow in the figure below).

Note that the beveled side of the metering bucket should be stuck on the
beveled side of the bracket.

Pay attention to prevent discharge door from opening.

bolts.

1.5 The working principle of

First of all, the equipment starts the two-speed feeding


process, that is, fast and slow feeding. The switching of each speed
feeding is based on the corresponding amount of advance in the
formula as the control cut off point. In order to avoid the impact of
over punching on the measurement, the corresponding time of
prohibition is set. The second step, after the end of feeding, into
the fixed value process, the fixed value time can be set, after the
fixed value, the equipment through the switch output "feeding
complete" signal; In the third step, the device receives the external
"allowed discharging" effective switch signal, the device will drive
the cylinder to open the discharge door of the metering bucket, when
the weight of the material in the metering bucket is lower than the
zero zone value set before, the device drives the cylinder to close

the discharge door, to complete a quantitative process; Before
starting the next quantification process, the device first carries
out a period of pre-feeding delay, and then carries out the next
feeding, and so on.

Please note that the standard product does not include the
function of clamping loose bag, which needs to be matched with
"clamping loose bag and double scale interlocking PLC" to realize.

1.7 Panel connection

The interface of the internal control panel of the electric control


box is shown in the figure below:

1: Input port: 4 customizable switch input interfaces (IN1, IN2, IN3, IN4),
valid for low level, the definition of each port can be selected by
oneself.

2: Output ports: 6 customizable switching output interfaces (01, 02, 03, 04,
05, 06), the definition of each port can be selected by oneself.

3: Motor control port 1: the first group of motor control (M24+, PU1, DR1,
ZT1), used for feeding motor

4: Sensor wire port: sensor wiring port (EX+, EX-, DR1, ZT1).

5: Power line port: the instrument's 24V power port (24+, 24-).

6: Serial port: Serial port of two groups of instruments (A, B, GND).RS485

Serial port 1 (A1/B1,GND): fixed for local HMI connection, communication


parameter is fixed value: protocol,Modbus RTU, slave number :1; Baud rate:

Serial port 2 (A2/B2/GND), used by users, its communication parameters


can be set by serial port 1.

7: status indicator light: used to indicate the internal working status of the
instrument and the input/output status.

8: Motor control port 2: the second group of motor control (M24+, PU2, DR2,
ZT2), currently not in use, reserved, PU2, DR2, ZT2 can be used as ordinary
IO port.

Please note that the IO port's 24V+/- and the power 24V
terminals are not connected inside the control panel.IO ports can be
powered with either an internal or external 24V power supply.

Please note that the motor control port of 24V+/- is connected


inside the control panel and the power supply of 24V+/-.That is, the
motor control port must use the same 24V power supply as the
control board power supply.

Interface description: after the boot before the login interface.


Display information can be customized in the system information page, you
can set the automatic login in the user interface.

1.8 Description of touch screen login permissions

Interface description:

Login information: display the level of the logged user.

System date time: the date and time of the current system.

Packing status indicator: current packing status indicator.

Weight display area: display the current weight and weight unit. If
the weight overflows or the sensor overflows, there will be a
reminder in Chinese in this area, such as: positive weight overflow,
negative weight overflow, etc.

Login account selection area: display all accounts currently available


for selection.

User password input box: select the user account and enter the
corresponding user password

Note: As shown in the figure above, the initial password of the


three operators is "1"/" 2 "/" 3 ", the initial password of the
administrator is "0", and the password of the Engineer is "000",
which is the highest password provided to customers. The user is
reserved for the manufacturer and is not open to users. The top left
corner of the image will indicate the current login permissions.
Different user logins correspond to different operating permissions,
which are described in terms of engineer operating permissions below.

1.9 Main interface description

Interface description:

1. Identity box 1 indicates the status of the device:


① Communication status: The icon is green when
communication is normal.
② Zero mark: The icon is green when the current weight is
at zero.
③ Weight stability mark: when the current weight is stable,
the indicator icon is green.
④ Opening mark: the opening of the current material door.
In addition, the main interface also allows feeding and unloading,
current weight, running or stop state display.
2. Identification box 2 displays the current material number and
formula number, which can be set and replaced.
Click the recipe setting button on the right to modify the current
recipe parameters.
3. Label box 3 displays the packaging total and the total packaging

total of the current formula respectively. Click the right button to
do so

4. Identification box 4 shows the current state of the device at run
time, and the corresponding manual operation can be carried out when
the device is stopped

set for the current formulation of the current material.
6. Identification box 6 represents the opening setting of the feeding

the last packaging process and the results of the packaging.
8. Below the button, you can prompt the operation or enter the
corresponding page.

1.10 Parameter setting interface description

Interface description:

Working parameters: the basic parameters of the product can be set on
the working parameters interface, such as the zero clearing
range, zero clearing time, discharging mode and so on.

Communication parameters: communication parameters of the product can


be set on the interface of communication parameters. The
serial port is used to communicate with the built-in touch
screen. The parameters can not be modified, but can be
adjusted automatically through the serial port. Serial
port 2 can be used as external serial port, communication
parameters can be set by themselves, but should be unified
with communication equipment (see 6 for detailed
introduction.10 Communication interface description).

Formulation parameters: the formula parameter interface can modify


the current formula number, and modify the parameter values
of the current formula, such as changing the advance
amount, opening degree, unloading time and so on.

Historical data: the historical data interface can query the previous
packaging records and export the packaging record data to
the U disk at the same time.

Calibration: Calibration interface can be zero calibration, weight


calibration, material calibration, and maximum range
setting.

Automatic adjustment scale: user in automatic callback interface can


be set up only the target and the number of runs, click the
start after the call button, equipment is up and running,
in the corresponding number to adjust the schedule of
values for a, completes the callback to call the number, if
meet the needs of users, the user can press the save

button, will automatically adjust the data as the current
formula value after the nc data, if you quit, debugging
data recovery as conservative data of factory.

Input/output: in this interface, users can define and set the input
quantity and output quantity according to their own needs.
Among them, this control board has 4 input switches and 6
output switches (for detailed introduction, please see
4).Switching quantity description).

User management: users can switch permissions in the user management


interface.

Control parameters: partial parameters of the motor can be set in the


user parameter interface.

System information: the current software version of the touch screen


and the software version of the control board will be
displayed in the system information interface. The control
board program can be updated by the USB flash drive in the
internal USB flash drive upgrade interface (see 6 for
details).14 U disk upgrade instructions).

Users can also reset the parameters, but also for the time

Interface description:

1.13 Calibration scale interface description

1.13.1 Steps of weight calibration

1. Zero point calibration: empty the hopper and close the discharge door.After
the weight is stabilized, click [Zero Calibration]. During the calibration
process, the above weight display area will display the calibration results, and
stability will be displayed after successful calibration.

2. Gain calibration: add a weight to the weighing mechanism. After the weight
is stable, click the weight input box of the weight and input the weight of the
weight to conduct gain calibration.After successful calibration, the weight
displayed in the weight display area is the weight of the input
weight.Otherwise gain calibration fails, try again.

1.13.2 Material calibration steps

1, zero calibration: the method is the same as the zero calibration of the
weight calibration scale.

2. Gain calibration:

A, Use [Automatic Feeding] (automatically run a scale according to the


current formula target value) or [Manual Feeding] (click once to open fast
adding, click again to close fast adding). After the feeding stops and the
weight is stable, click [Record Weight] to save the current displayed value.

B. After the bag is put, click "Clamp Bag" to clip the bag, then click "Unload"
to unload all the physical material in the hopper into the bag, click "Clamp
Bag" again to loosen the bag and weigh the material in the bag (pay attention
to remove the weight of the bag).

C. Click the input box of "Double Balance Weight" and enter the material
weight obtained by Double Balance for calibration. Wait for the calibration to
be successful.After successful weight calibration is completed, exit the menu.

10. Judge whether the signal of "allowable discharge" is

1.22 Excess and deficiency detection function

After the over and under detection function is turned on, the

The feeding result > target value + out of tolerance value is judged

When the overage and underage situation occurs, if the overage and
underage pause switch is turned on, the controller will temporarily
