Description: ECaR (Enterprise Collections and Recovery): Customer accounts in Bank of America Bank which are delinquent in Loan payments are sent to ECaR – Collections Platform application. It is an application for managing and monitoring the payment collection process for delinquent accounts. It interacts with multiple system of records for collections data for eight lines of business on a daily basis. Apart from monitoring of the payments collection process, ECaR facilitates many other debt management plans like Support Request, contacts, Request summary, Call tracking and maintenance etc. I was involved in testing of the application.
