ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
My name is Najeeb Ali, I was born in 1997-04-15 in Islamabad Pakistan.

I have graduated this year June 2022 from Wuhan university of science
and technology in Wuhan Hubei, as MBBS medical student ,I have
completed the theory study of bachelor of medicine and bachelor of
surgery with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) as extra course and I
have passed all the examinations. I have completed my internship
around April at 武汉亚心总医院 in 汉阳.
In my country the health department among others faces a challenge

of lack of enough personnel with enough knowledge to help the
patients to get cured and I always wanted to help, that motivated me to
take further studies in medicine hoping to acquire the knowledge and
skills to tackle these problems in my country. That motivated me to
want to purse a medical degree In medicine and to take further studies
to attain a graduate degree, hoping to acquire the knowledge and skills
to tackle these problems in my country.
if I get this opportunity at your school I will be able to help with the
problem and it has always been my passion to have a master’s degree
in public health department , so I won’t waste this wonderful
opportunity that I will get.
I have always been an active student among others during my

studies, very often involved in curricular and co-curricular activities. I
enjoy helping people in need and always do the volunteer
extracurricular programs.
I like doing my assignments on time, reading text books to find out

more on topics that I did not understand them and I have a strong
desire to get more knowledge especially after during my internship and
getting exposure to health department.
It’s my hope that I will get a better experience while studying and also
after studying at your university and I would be thankful if your
university would consider me to be eligible for your scholarships, as a
qualified applicant in order to support me in my studies and my
research.
MY PERSONALITY
I enjoy getting close to people and be willing to learn new things from
anyone I get a chance to meet either be my teacher or colleagues. This
helps me to get to know a lot of people and to learn new knowledge
from the people around me. I’ve always enjoyed studying since I was a
little boy, as science has always been one of my best subjects, getting
to learn new things every day and apply them in real life. I make sure to
understand almost all of my courses and be able to practically prove
my competence in them in the society
WHY I CHOOSE TO STUDY PUBLIC HEALTH ADMINISTRATION SECTOR?

As a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Medicine and surgery
MBBS, I count myself a lucky candidate to have had such a tremendous
and successful transfer of knowledge from the Chinese lecturers to an
Enthusiast young student like me. A degree coming from a country
well developed country with enough equipment with technology and
all resources needed to strive academically motivated me to pursue
further studies and particular this department of PHAS, after doing my
one year internship I got to be familiar with it, also known how all the
hospital department works and I got the time to decide which one
should I master on.
The field of PHAS is constantly evolving in response to the needs of

communities and populations around the world. The underlying
mission of this course is to improve the conditions of the diseases that
affect the health so that all people can get well treated, So the mission
of this course is not only practice but also the research issues to help
promote a health environment, to increase life expectancy, reduce
infant and child diseases and also being able to eradicate and reduce
many communicable diseases.
Also many practitioners work directly with patients, so I will get to

experience firsthand the changes that can be delivered through
effective health and well-being solutions
WHY DO I CHOOSE TO STUDY AT YOUR UNIVERSITY?
During my six years stay here in WUHAN china I did my research on

different universities that provide Masters Education and your
university has been one of the best equipped universities in China and
its department of Public health administration sector is one of the well
taught department. Studying this program in China has always been my
dream because of its prestigious professors, stimulating atmosphere and
wonderful sceneries and this can help me with the knowledge that can
help me achieve my goals. The reputation of your institution precedes
you and I will be more than fortunate to be granted the opportunity to
pursue my masters there. Also It has always been in my bucket list to go
see Jiangsu as I have heard it has a lot of interesting sites to see and see
more of the culture and even food.

My detailed study plan
I will study my Master’s degree course in PHAS at your department for three
years ; two years of study and also one year of my research . My time
arrangements are listed as follows;
FIRST YEAR AND MY SECOND YEAR
I would like to keep most of the effort and focus during this first year and second
year in studying the core courses since they lay down the foundation of my major.
I will make sure to understand all the basic theories in these topics,
Also I will attend my field practice to make sure I have a full command of
everything in my field, and to make sure I have a very advanced research skills in
this area and to be able to solve the practical challenges.
Afterwards i will apply for my dissertation defense after I have completed all of
the contents that I was required to study.
After completing your master’s program, I hope to begin working in the health
department of a large institute, such as a hospital or other enterprise.
I hope to contribute to the strategy formulation, planning, and awareness of

different cases, as this would be an ideal way to accumulate experience and
hone my organizational and logical skills.
I am interested in the work of a dermatological, as this relates to the work I

expect to do at my country’s clinic in the future. Therefore, after getting sufficient
experience, I will return to my country’s clinic, integrating our internal resources
such as the community care, institutional care, and medical care.
I believe that, with your assistance, we can share human resources and reduce
costs, becoming much more efficient and productive in the process. If I am to
accomplish these goals, however, I know that I must acquire much more
advanced knowledge of, which is why I sincerely hope to have the chance to
join your master’s program in the near future.
After completing my master’s program, I hope to begin working in the public

administration department of a large institute, such as a hospital or other
enterprise
I am interested in the work of gastroenterological studies, as this relates to
the work I expect to do at my country’s clinic in the future.
I would like to plead with the admission board to kindly take my application
into deep consideration and assist me reach my goal by considering me for best
financial support or scholarship available. An admission offer from Hubei
University, will no doubt make me happy for the rest of my stay in China. And I
will surely make references to the name of the university in the future. I do
believe that my commitment to education and abiding of Chinese laws and
regulations cannot be questioned and I will bring no sort of negative record or
effect on the university's name. I would like to end the note by waiting patiently
for such a great university to give me the greatest news that will add lots of
credentials on my current status.herefore, after getting sufficient experience, I
will return to my country’s clinic, integrating our internal resources such as the
community care, institutional care, and medical care.
I believe that, with your assistance, we can share human resources and reduce
women gynecological diseases, becoming much more efficient and productive in
the process. If I am to accomplish these goals, however, I know that I must
acquire much more advanced knowledge of which is why I sincerely hope to have
