Teachers teach the students the whole knowledge they own.
Besides, they also help and guide the students to be a good person. I hope I can
become a good teacher and I think that my students will be great professionals.
So I must work hard now to make my dream come true.
I would like to be a university teacher because now I am engineer and I can teach
about my career, but I need to study about education and work hard in the university.
In my high school I had good teachers, they were my inspiration, this is the reason why
i will be a university teacher.
What does make a good leader?

There are many kinds of leaders, therefore there are no ‘set’ qualities that have to be
present in all leaders. Rather an effective leader draws from a range of personal
qualities to help them deal with different circumstances and challenges.

Part of growing strong as a leader is through expanding our personal qualities. When

we are not strong in a particular quality it is also wise to seek the contributions of others

who are strong in that quality. This asks for a complementary team. The well-organised

person can help to complement the creative person, and the person with the sense of

humour can complement the serious minded person.

A good leader must have the following characteristics:

 Courage: Does not hide from challenging or scary situations; speaks up for

what is right even if there is opposition.

 Creativity: Thinks of many ways to solve challenges.

 Loyalty: Stays true to friends and family or team members through difficult

times.

 Honesty: Speaks truthfully; acts sincerely; takes responsibility for own feelings

and actions.

 Self-regulation: Controls emotions and sticks to decisions; is disciplined.

 Forgiveness: Accepts shortcomings of others without anger; gives people a

second chance.

 Compassion: Thinks of how others are feeling.

 Intelligence: Learns quickly and thinks of good solutions; has a love of learning.

 Determination: Focuses on goals and works hard to achieve them.

 Enthusiasm: Has lots of energy and excitement for life.

 Humour: Sees the lighter side of life and helps people laugh.

 Fairness: Treats people fairly and advocates for their rights; doesn’t let personal

feelings bias decisions.

 Generosity: Gives freely of time and possessions; demonstrates kindness.

The differences between work team and working group

Working Group is a set of people who do similar work within an organization.

They are usually close physically, they have the same boss, they do the same type of
work but they are self-employed, they do not depend on the work of their colleagues:
each does their job and responds individually to it.

For example, in a factory an engineer forms a working group: they perform the same
activity, they have a common boss (the section head), but each one responds for his
work (the work of an engineer doesn´t depend on that of his peers).
An engineer may do a fantastic job while the department as a whole is a real disaster.

The differences between work team and working group are important: The work team
responds as a whole of the work done while in the working group each person
responds individually.

The workgroup is structured by hierarchical levels. In the team on the other hand the
hierarchies are diluted: there is a team leader with a number of collaborators, chosen
according to their knowledge, and operating within the team on an equal footing
although their job categories may be very different.

For example, a Peruvian financial institution set up a team to analyze an investment

opportunity abroad. They were part of this team from assistant directors general to
newly incorporated employees, specialists in certain subjects. Within the team they all
worked at the same level, there were no hierarchical distinctions.

field benefits a lot from social networking sites. The companies use social networking
