Describe the purpose and user requirements for the spreadsheet.

Information on season ticket holders of the club is to be managed in this spreadsheet. There will be 3 worksheets in this spreadsheet:

1. The details of the ticket holder are listed in Worksheet.

2. The summary of the information is given in worksheet.
3. Worksheet description of the type of season ticket.

Each worksheet will display different information and can be stored in a single spreadsheet file with links to the menu. Starting with worksheet1 that
contains all information on customers and ticket holders. This worksheet is going to hold the contact details of the ticketholders (full names, addresses, and
phone numbers), the type of tickets (adult, child and concession), date of application for the ticket and expiry date of the ticket, allocated seating area and a
column showing whether the application was successful or not with a unique ticket code.

The summarised information, which will give a summary of the total number of applications for season tickets as well as ticket allocations, shall be
attached to the other worksheet. Background information regarding each season ticket will be stored in the third worksheet.

The type of tickets, their price, and the number of seats available for each seating area will be indicated on this form.

The data shall be presented in the form of a chart that will display an overview of the season ticket's total The applications and the allocations of
tickets. The input data will be presented in a chart which makes all calculations and displays the overall number of seats, profit or ticket sales as
well as seat availability.

Test Plan
There are different spreadsheet software’s that I could use but I chose Microsoft Excel, because it’s more familiar to me
and this is the only spreadsheet software that I can access in college. The other spreadsheet software’s that I could use
are:
• Open office
• Lotus 1-2-3
• Lotus Symphony – spreadsheets
• iWork Numbers – Apple Office Suite
• VisiCalc
• Google Sheets
• LibreOffice

I have met all the user requirements because I have created two detailed worksheets and I have showed how the output data will be presented.

I have created a sample chart of how the data will be presented for the worksheet 2 (summary of information).
