Parties Supporting the Business

Consumers

Consumer refers to individual and household who buy goods and services for

personal consumption. Without the consumer demand, producers would lack one of

the motivations to produce or sell to consumer. In converting the consumer, the

secret to have more sales is to understand the consumer’s behavior and learning

what your buyer wants from your business. Since the proposed business is located

at I-Building canteen of UC-METC, the consumers that were near in the area will be

the possible customers, such as the students, teachers, and others. Also giving

them a quality services and goods may boost the sales of the business.

Suppliers

A supplier is an entity that supplies and provides goods and services to

another organization or business. This entity is part of the supply chain of a

business, which may provide the bulk of the value contained within its products.

Suppliers are one of the factors that can affect the position of a business. In finding

good quality raw materials, the business must also find the best suppliers with solid

background and expertise. A growing business focuses more on determining better

suppliers. Some suppliers may provide raw materials, direct shipping and

transportation of materials to its partners and customers. Maintaining good

relationship to a good supplier can be a reason for business success and

6

expansion. Both suppliers and business can gain benefits and losses if they do not

place importance to one another and cooperate.

Employees and Staff

They are paid in exchange of their labor. In today’s generation, people need to work

in order to earn. Employees and staffs are different from clients. Employees are the

workers hired by their employers to do a particular job, while the staffs are the

people of an organization. Clients on the other hand are the ones who buy the

goods and services of a company. The staffs must wear their proper uniforms and

perform proper hygiene such as wearing hairnets, fixing hair, aprons, gloves, and
