Note:

Program (BBA), Semester, Class, Section, Assignment Number, Subject Title, Subject Faculty.
2. Each assignment should be prepared by the student individually in his/her own handwriting.
3. A4 size ruled sheets should be used for writing the assignment.
4. Black or Blue pens should be used for writing the assignment.
5. Assignment pages should be serially numbered at the bottom of page.
6. The student should use examples and illustrations in support of the answers.
7. Do not use plastic folder for submission of assignment. Just staple properly all pages of an assignment.

Q.1 Imagine you are the HR manager of a company. Draft a termination letter for an
employee who has consistently failed to meet performance expectations despite multiple
warnings and opportunities for improvement. Write a formal letter addressing the CO 1
employee, explaining the reasons for termination, and outlining any necessary procedures
or next steps.

Or

You wish to buy an inverter to cope with frequent power cuts at your factory. Write a letter to
Plaza Batteries, Patna, asking them if they supply branded inverters or those manufactured at their
own unit to Delhi. Ask about voltage, guarantee, price, life expectancy and other relevant
information.
