brilliant and skilled people leave their motherland and settle in those countries to serve them. Besides, lured by the
charms of developed countries, bright students leave their poor native lands and go abroad to study. After finishing
their higher education, they settle themselves there. Often expert doctors, scientists and engineers go abroad and
work there for fat salaries and better service conditions.
