Description of Brake Load Test
Brake Load Test is conducted. The method of the test is to take a marking of where the load is
positioned before we start the timer, and after a duration of 10 minutes, we will measure the marked
position to see if there are any movement of the crane. If the load slipped, the marked position will be
changed, and the crane will not be safe to use. If the load did not slip, the marked position will not
change, and the crane will be safe to use. Attached photos are the load tests done on all Four Cranes
and their report.
