    Description:

    PentoSeal WB is a water based sealing and penetrating alkali resistant primer. It can be applied to
    concrete, renders, plaster boards and cement boards. manufactured from selected emulsion polymers.

    PentoSeal WB is to be used as a primer for Carboguard-E acrylic coatings when used on highly alkaline
    substrates such as cement renders, plasters, concretes with a high cement content or cement with a high
    level of alkalis.

    PentoSeal WB is water and weather resistant, specially formulated to provide good impregnation of
    substrates and improve strength of weak substrates.

    Composition:

    PentoSeal WB consists of a high-performance copolymer emulsion and special additives to enhance


    penetration of cementitious substrates

    Uses:

    PentoSeal WB can be applied manually by roller/ brush or using spraying machine to increase
    productivity.

    PentoSeal WB is ideal sealer for dry and wet substrates, indoors or outdoors

    Advantages:

    Surface Preparation:

    • The substrate must be structurally sound. Loose or unsound concrete should be removed and made
    good.
    • The Surfaces must be entirely free of oil, grease, paint, corrosion deposits, dust, laitance or other
    surface deposits.
    • Any bug holes should be filled with cementitious or acrylic filler.

    Application Procedures:

    • Apply PentoSeal WB using a brush or roller or by spraying on the surface to be sealed, do not dilute.
    • Leave the first coat to dry for a minimum of 3-2 hours prior to applying the second coat of sealer (if
    needed).
    • Leave the second coat (if needed) to dry for a minimum of 4 hours prior to applying Drymix finishing
    systems.

    Storage:

    Shelf life is 12 months from manufacturing date, in a dry, covered storage area.

    Health and Safety:

    While using the product, gloves and goggles should be worn.


    Splashes to skin or eyes should be washed with clean water, in case of prolonged irritation, seek medical
    advice.
