Organize data in Tabular Form
and Construct a Line Graph
based on your organized data
Sam’s family is planning to visit their relatives
in Tagaytay. They wanted to be there in its
coldest atmosphere. Sam made a research on
its average monthly temperature. Here is the
average monthly temperature based on her
research:

What is a Table?
A table is a chart that organizes
information in rows and column.
We use tables to organize data.
We must label the rows , columns
and title that describes the data in
the table.
Based on the data,
which month has the

Remember:
What is a Line Graph?
Line Graph is a diagram of lines made
by connected data points, which
represent changes in data as time goes
by, or as something else happens.
The Line Graph has a vertical line called
y-axis which contains the first variable of
the collected data. It may represent pesos,
scores, number of people, temperature,
grades, etc.
The horizontal line is called the x-
axis is the line that contains the
second variable that relates to the first
variable in the Y-axis, which may
represent the time periods or names of
things being compared.
How to make a
LINE
GRAPH?
1.Draw the lines for the x and y- axis
2.Use the data from the table to label the axis.
3.Plot the points from that correspond to each
variable in the table.
4.Connect the points with a line segment.
5.Put a title on the graph.

Line Graph presents data in a clearer

and more creative way.
