We are hiring B2B Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
• Sells products by maintaining and expanding customer base.
• Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales
information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Prepares and completes action plans and implements production, productivity,
quality, and customer-service standards.
• Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines regional sales
system improvements, and implements change when necessary.
• Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual
budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective
actions.
• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support
of national objectives.
• Maintains and expands customer base by counselling district sales representatives,
building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer
opportunities.
• Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities or products,
packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking
competitors.
• Prepare an account plan for each institute
• Fix appointments and deliver LearnQoch product demos to Government, Trustees,
Principals, HOD, Teachers, Students & Parents in B2B and B2G sales cycle
• Liaison with the marketing team to implement the marketing campaign
• Understand customer requirements and propose the right solution
• Prepare customer proposal and do require follow-up to get the Purchase Order
• Take ownership of customer expectations and do the right things to have 100%
customer satisfaction

• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be confident, Self-motivated with a positive attitude
