Instructions: The answer to each question should have at least a
minimum of 50 words.
1. How do arts affect your perception of being alive? (Lesson 4.1)
Analysis - Arts influence my view of being alive by demonstrating the beauty of life, such as how arts may be adorable and colorful. Before, I believed that I should live my life accordance with the goals that I needed to reach. My goal is to look at life through other people's perspectives. But art taught me that I should view life and being alive through my own perspective, since, as in art, I am the painter of my own canvas. I am the one who will choose whatever stroke of my paintbrush I want to use. I'll be able to learn more about the art that I want. Exploring the world and studying reality in order to replicate it by differentiating the good and bad, negative and positive aspects of life is like an art. We should live our lives in accordance with God's will. Enjoy our lives as if we were a painter who is ecstatic to produce a work of art based on the beauty of being alive, and value each moment since each moment is priceless and cannot be replaced.
1. Can you draw a conclusion from this caricature inspired from the Assessment painting of Michael Angelo? (Lesson 4.1)
-Although this caricature differs from the original in terms of
exaggeration, it depicts the same content and representations. As a result, even if the artwork is a caricature, it nonetheless demonstrates that man is nothing without God. This demonstrates that man is unable to approach God due to shame. God breathed life into man, which is the most important and significant event in the history of creation. This serves as a reminder that man was made in God's likeness. God's approaching touch on Adam would give him life and, in turn, provide life to all mankind. Even if there are minor differences, the imitations and representations nonetheless convey the message. 1. Have any of your art skills improved during this project? Reflection -Yes. Art, for example, stimulates me on many levels by promoting coordination skills, creativity, and visual learning, among some other developmental abilities. Making art also allows me to express my feelings and serves as a stress reliever. It helps me to evaluate a work critically in terms of design, mastery, and techniques. Above all, art appreciation promotes thought and analysis, prompting us to go beyond what greets the sight and to consider the perspectives of others. This also allows me to express my creativity and dig into art, as well as improve confidence, improve empathy, and learn how to see the world from other viewpoints. All of these abilities help me as well as other students ready to face the world with enthusiasm and creativity.
