Work location : Sharp ITS Office - 5th floor PaxSky Tower, 278 Nguyen Dinh Chieu,
District 03, HCMC

Working hour : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM


Reporting line : ITS Manager

1/ Job Description:
As role of Java Developer(Junior to Senior), succeeded candidate will:
● Join to maintain, develop project with Japan’s development global team
● Play as key developer in project.
● Able to guide junior team members to develop, maintain application, implement
eco-system, API, etc for products in SHARP
● Work closely with other teams such as SAP, IoT and Other Business Unit to
understand requirements and project be assigned
● Work closely with project team at Japan to manage requirements, schedule, issues
and other matters related to project which are assigned to Vietnam Team
● Timely report to manager and other stakeholders related project works
● Follow and ensure work quality of work which has been assigned.
● High responsibly in entire development works which is assigned
● Support in release system (Go-Live) and support Post Go-Live activities.
● Support in other activities such as interview candidates, training new members in
team

2/ Requirements:
a. Skills & knowledge
Should have:
● Knowledge in OOP and MVC model
● Familiar with at least one database system such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
● Good teamwork spirit and team player role.
● Good analyze skills
● Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well on cross functional
project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
● Knowledges in software development lifecycle
Nice to have:
● Knowledges with jobnet system such JP1 is plus
● Knowledges with GCP, AWS, Azure is plus
● Familiar with processes of CMMI, Agile is a plus

b. Experience/ Qualifications

Should have:
● Degree holder / equivalent
● Minimum 6 months experience with Java programming languages
● Total above 1 years working experience in software
● Had real working experience with Java framework such as: Spring or Trust or Hibernate
(or any other Java framework)
● Language proficiency: English or Japanese
*Noted: Candidate should able communicate in one of above languages, Vietnamese
won’t use as main communication language in interview
● Had real working experience with one database system such as MySQL, PostgreSQL,
SQL server, Oracle(Or any DB system)
Optional:
● Experience with delivery items in project for Japan market is preferred
● Experience with JS framework such as Angular, ReactJS, VueJS is plus
● Experience development methodology such as Scrum/Kanban is plus
● Experience working in Japanese company or experienced working onsite at Japan is a plus
