context clues to know
their meanings.

Context clues are


hints/signals/clues
found within the
sentence, paragraph or
passage that the reader
can use to understand
the meanings of
unfamiliar words.

There are types


context clues such as
Definition, Synonym,
Antonym,
Comparison,
Example, and Cause-
Effect.
