Expansion Bellow: Condition of expansion bellow outer cloth on following locations (damaged, color
fading, any cracking observation especially at corners)

a. Green color expansion bellow in vertical portion of air duct (at east side of boiler)
b. Grey color expansion bellow immediately at outlet of air blower (at west side of boiler)
Spring Supports: Check position of spring supports indicator at following locations (whether within marked range of HOT / COLD position
or not?

a. Both supports installed on vertical portion of rectangular air duct
b. Spring support installed on pipe line # 10"-SH1041-M1NI2SBA-HC on Level-5
Valves & flanges: Check condition of valves / flanges at following locations on Boiler (any leak from glands, bonnet flange or end flanges,
looseness of bonnet / flange bolts)

a. Analyzer skid

b. All 6 floors of boiler
c. BFW inlet 6"-BFW-1001-M3NB2SBA-HC
d. Steam outlet 10"-SH-1061-M1NI2SBA-HC
Peep-holes & Metal-braided flexible Hoses: Check condition of metal-braided hoses at following locations (for any damage to the hose or
its metal-braiding, any air leakage from its threaded joint)
Check condition of peep-holes (check glass for any breakage or crack; hard-to-open peep-hole, damaged or rusted spring)

East, Floor 2: Burner-A, 6 Hoses 2 peep-holes
East, Floor 2: Burner-B, 6 Hoses 2 peep-holes
East, Floor 3: Burner-C, 6 Hoses 2 peep-holes
East, Floor 3: Burner-D, 6 Hoses 2 peep-holes
Manways: Check for looseness of manway bolts / any leak at following locations.
5 a. 6 manways in north wall of the boiler (floor-1 up to floor-5)
b. 2 manways of the steam drum

Piping Supports: Check for following conditions of piping supports on steam outlet line in the boiler
structure and also on the pipe-rack located at east side of both boilers.

a. Misaligned supports
b. Unusually high travel of supports in hot condition
