Subject: Request for Freezing Current Semester Due to Medical Issue

Dear Chairman,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Muhammad Abdullah Ashraf, son of
Muhammad Ashraf, and I am currently enrolled in the BS Intelligence System and Robotics
program (3rd semester) at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. My roll number is
S23BINCE1M02019.

I am writing to inform you of a serious health issue that has recently arisen. I have been
diagnosed with kidney stones and am scheduled for surgery. Due to the severity of my
condition and the recovery period associated with the procedure, I am unable to continue
my studies for this semester.

In light of these circumstances, I kindly request that my current semester be frozen. It is my


intention to resume my studies with my previous batch after this semester, once I have fully
recovered.

Attached with this application are my medical reports for your reference. I understand the
gravity of this request and the potential implications it may have on my academic
progression. However, I believe that taking this time off is crucial for my health and overall
well-being.
