    Please receive the CAIE registration form for Oct/Nov 2023. You are being advised to fill the below
    mentioned form after reviewing the CAIE paper fee along with syllabus code and option code. Make
    sure, your name should be written in capital letters, and date of birth must be in words and numbers.
    Moreover, do note that later amendments are not always viable, and if done later, a modification fee
    is charged by the Cambridge University. Therefore, a great care is required to fill out the form. Please
    note to submit this form no later than 3rd August 2023 beside the following documents;
    1. Student's and Parent's Smart Card copy
    2. 4 Passport size recent pictures
    3. Previous CAIE results (photocopies) except for O2
