STUDENT BEHAVIOR (MAJORITY OF STUDENTS):

Explain: Students who did not participate in project work during the study were warned with
effective questions and participate in a group of the study. But most of the students engaged in
learning activities. The time provided was enough for most of the students to be engaged in the
learning process. Teaching strategies were aligned with the objectives of the lesson to provide
successful learning for most of the students.

Explain: The teacher provided effective and clear answers for all the questions of the students
and guided project activity. The teacher used the question/answer technique effectively to
challenge students in critical thinking and encourage them to get involved in the learning
process.

Explain: The teacher used technological tools effectively. She enabled them to create
presentations with Google slides.

Explain: During the class, the teacher was walking around groups of students. Students were
sitting in groups of four. But working individually. She changed the places of two students she
deemed necessary.

Explain: In my observation, students worked on worksheets as "do now" and "exit ticket"
activity. Beside of these activity, they prepared "google slides" using their Chromebook and they
search and discuss their topics.

Explain: Whole class knew the expectations for behaviors and all the materials were ready
before class started. The teacher encouraged her students and used time effectively. When the
teacher felt students were getting away from their task, she redirected them to appropriate
behavior.
OVERALL COMMENTS AND REFLECTIONS:
In general, it was a successful and active lesson. Most of the students got engaged and
participated actively. It seemed like both sides knew what they were expecting from each other
and there was a respectful and confident atmosphere in the class.
