Company : ACCENTURE MANIT.Bhopal23rd May 2005 Criteria.6.0 percentile(or 60%) in MCA or BE Formula for success = Good communication skill + good academic record (If u have no gap or only one year gap preference will be given to u) Selection Procedure is. 1.Written (90 min for MCA, 75 min for BE). answer very quicklyTime is key factorTechnical questions were standard..No negative marking 2. Technical Interview 3. HR In written emphasis was on technical, therefore must attempt technical ones Here in both interview they asked only HR questions, no technical questions were asked to me. very few technical questions (may be none) to my batch mates mainly related to projects. Each round was elimination round. They recruited 69 (10 MCA) out of 110(20 MCA) who qualified written test.

Why should I choose u? Where would u like to see u after 2 yrs? Why do u want to join Accenture? What do u know about us? Similar questions were asked to my batchmates like. Define urself etc.. She went for stress testing. She said I cant select you, now prove why I should choose? She said u r over confidenceShe was really impressed by academic record and by the fact that I dont have any gap Second round was just formality...He(Mr. Shanker Gaud,Accenture Mumbai) asked Tell me something about ur family background What is ur favourite subject? What is ur rank in class? Thats it.Finally I got selected. At last but not least plz practice all previous papers.
