Assistant Schools Division Superintendent
Officer In-charge
Office of the Schools Division Superintendent

Dear Ma’am;

I am writing to express my interest in applying for the position of Administrative Assistant III
(Senior Bookkeeper). It is with great pleasure to be working with DepEd. I’ve gained new
knowledge and enhanced new learning skills. It also taught me be patient and humble,
especially in dealing with different people every day. I believe I am ready to transition into a
position that presents an exciting new set of challenges.

I hope that the management will take my intention into consideration. For more information
regarding my qualifications, please see my attached PDS.

Thank you and God bless.

Very respectfully yours,

BEVERLY B. CAPE
The typical day in the office is more on paper works. I am assigned
in the registrar's office, so everyday we are working on the
registration of birth, death and marriages. Encoding and typing are
the usual day in the office and entertaining inquiries mostly in the
clerical error in the certificate of live birth, marriage or death. The
hardest part of the job so far is that the decision making in times
that the civil registrar is in a meeting or have official travel. That we
could not please every client on what they want us to do that could
not be possible because we have laws to follow especially with the
data privacy act that we strictly imposed. But so much to that, we
do have time also that we enjoyed the job. The fact that it is more
on paper works, encoding and typing, for me is a enjoyable time as
it is just relaxed job compared to other offices in the municipality.
Pros

encode in the computer all the papers signed by the supervisor and
file the same. i learned how to manage my hour and the talent of
multi tasking in doing the job. my work place is just a small area
where my computer table is also my office table. the hardest part of
my job is when reports needed to pass an hour after we receive the
memo. the most enjoyable part of my job is that i learned a lot and
enjoying it knowing that i have gained new experience and
knowledge in dealing stress and rush works.
Pros

Receives clients everyday. What I have learnt in this company is that, you
should have that long patience when addressing clients and employees
