I, GLENDA V. HUFANO, Filipino, of legal age, single/married with residence address at No. 11
Viola St. Dominic 4 Subdivision Brgy. Culiat Tandang Sora, Quezon City after having been duly
sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the President of UNICLOUD CORPORATION, a corporation duly organized and


existing under the laws of the Philippines with principal office at Victoria Wave Special Economic
Zone Brgy. 186 North Caloocan City;

2. That said corporation was incorporated on April 17, 2017 and has only commenced its operation in
the year 2019.

3. But due to the pandemic the corporation halted its operation in 2020, and its license and other
clearance/s needed for operation was also revoked;

3. That the stockholders and directors of the corporation are contemplating on reviving its operation in
the near future when the opportune time comes;

4. That this affidavit is being executed in order to attest to the truth of the foregoing circumstances
and for the purpose of complying with the reportorial requirements of the Securities and Exchange
Commission.
