• Dayforce is our Human Capital Management
System and Learning Management System. It
replaced our legacy systems Kronos, UltiPro
and iLearn in 2020.

• A learning management system is way for you


to learn, develop and grow your career!

• There are 3 types of courses:


• In Person Instructor-Led training
• E-Learning (Self-Paced)
• Live Webinars

• Navigate to: dayforcehcm.com on your desktop or download the Dayforce
app from your iTunes or Android store.

• Enter Bluegreen for the Company name.

• Log in using your 6-digit employee ID as the username (if your employee
ID is less than 6 digits, add a zero (0) at the beginning to make 6 digits
total – i.e. 012345.)

• Initial password is a combination of your Associate ID, the letters: Bg and


the last 3 digits of your social security number. (i.e. 123456Bg789). You
will be prompted to change your password after first logging in.

• If you forget your password, click on the “Can’t access your account?” link
and follow the instructions to reset your password.

• Depending on your role(s) at Bluegreen, you may have more than one role
to choose from in Dayforce, including Associate Hourly, Associate Salary,
Manager, and/or Instructor.

• In order to access Dayforce Learning, you should log in as Associate.

Click Menu ,
go to Learning on
the tool bar and
click the link.

Once in Learning you will see the following Menus: Overview, Courses and
Learning Plans, Courses Catalog, Learning Activities, Learning Calendar and
All Channels.

Starting with the Overview Menu, this is considered your Dayforce Learning
Home Page and this option will give you a look at “My Courses and Learning
Plans,” “My Calendar” and if you scroll down you can see the Course Catalog,
Your Activity and a chart of your Activity Summary.

Next click on Courses and Learning Plans. This area will contain all the
Courses/Learning Plans that you personally have enrolled in or been assigned by
Bluegreen.

Inside Courses and Learning Plans you will see My Courses and Learning Plans.
You have the option to use Filters to search through your assigned courses.

There are multiple categories to filter by, including Status (Not Started, In
Progress, Completed,) Type (E-Learning, Classroom, Webinar or Learning Plan),
Deadline, and Channels, to name a few.

You can search within your results – for example, RELP classes. Note
that when this search was completed, one course appears greyed out
and marked as “DONE” in the upper right corner. The other course
wasn’t yet completed, so it appears in full color and the top right
corner says “NEW.”

In addition you can see the TYPE of course – in this case, E-LEARNING,
which means it is self-paced and can be taken online.

You can sort your enrolled courses/learning plans using several sorting options:

Then click on the E-LEARNING course you want to launch.

8 Once you launch an E-LEARNING (pre-recorded/on demand) course, you
can select START LEARNING NOW to begin your course.

If you need to pause you course and come back to it later, simply select
RESUME WHERE YOU LEFT OFF to pick right back up again when you’re ready.

The next option on the menu is Courses Catalog. Here you can browse or search
through ALL the courses available, as opposed to only the ones you are enrolled
in.

You can browse by category, i.e. Resort Operations and sub-category if


applicable.

From here you can select a course to enroll in.

Then you can view its properties under ABOUT THIS COURSE or see if there is
CONTENT available – content usually consists of training material like a video
or PowerPoint presentation.

If you wish to proceed after reviewing the course information, select ENROLL

After successful enrollment, you can Close the window, View your Courses
or Start Learning Now to launch the course.

Once enrolled in a Course or Learning Plan, you will get a notification in your
Dayforce Inbox (indicated by a number in a red circle at the top right corner
inside Dayforce) and in your Outlook Email to confirm enrollment.

The Learning Activities menu option lets you see all your Learning Statistics,

including how many Active Courses you currently have, the Total Time
you’ve spent in Learning, the next 3 courses due date, your course Progress,
All Activity in the last 12 months, and top 3 Most Viewed Courses (total
time spent inside the course.)

The Learning Calendar option allows you to see your upcoming Webinars and
In-Person Classroom courses in a calendar format. It also shows any E-
Learning Courses that might be due in that month (i.e. Compliance Training.)

Finally, All Channels allows you to Continue to Watch and Learn your current
Learning Activity, view New Invitation and Subscription content that’s been
especially selected for you based on your history, and see Your Learning
Activity History.

You can also filter content based on Available From (time frame,) Status,
Hidden Items, Type of Course, Deadline, Duration and Rating.
