1. StxReplayer Program Upgrade Motive
- Normal times or minor acccident is occurred, the saved data could be Backup to
RTM PC by new added “Standard Backup” function
- Provide Integration Version for better data backup on the operating.
Ex) StxReplayer(Admin) : Administrator Version StxReplayer
StxReplayer(Only) : Provide with equipment delivery (Integration)
(General user Version)

2. StxReplayer Program Set-up/Delete

1) StxReplayer Program Set-up
A) Insert the delivered CD, and select the proper “StxReplayer” for the user’s O/S
Ex) WIN2K : Windows 2000 Professional
WINXP : Windows XP Professional

2) StxReplayer Program Delete
Way1) Delete fron the StxReplayer Program
A) Insert the delivered CD, and select the proper “StxReplayer” for the user’s O/S

B) Load the “StxReplayInst.msi” file.

- Choose the “Remove StxReplayer” from the following screen.

3. VDR/SVDR Recording Data Backup Process
- VDR/SVDR Backup Process could be divided into Standard Backup and Incident
Backup
- Set-up as the following step before to do Backup
A) Connect the VDR/SVDR LAN Cable to the Main Cable of the RTM PC.
B) Set the Network between RTM PC and VDR/SVDR.
- Set the Network as the step of
RTM PC(Main Screen) -> My Network Configuration -> Attribution -> Local Area
Connect -> Attribution.

=> Set the IP Address of the RTM PC which is connected to the Main Cable, and
also set Subnet Mask, Default GateWay IP as the following.
IP Address : 192. 168. 102. 89
Subnet Mask : 255. 255. 255. 0
Default GateWay IP : 192. 168. 102. 254

C) Fix the IP Address and Subnet Mask, Default GateWay IP into Default value.

D) Also change the connection of the LAN Cable as original.

1) Standard Backup
- This is used normal times or when a minor accident is occurred. It receives the Saved
Backup Data by the RTM PC with VDR Power On.

A) Load the StxReplayer

B) Open the RTM Window.
- Select “RTM” or click the Icon at the VdrSystem Menu

C) Select 『 Past Data 』 from the 『 Backup 』 , and set maximum download
『Storage』.(Unit: Hour, Maximum 12 Hours)
Ex) 2 hours → Backup the data(120 Folders) from maximum 2 hours before
now. In this case if VDR did not run more than 2 hours, it brings
the data of elapsed time.
D) Choose the path of RTM PC to download.
E) Press 『Start』 button.

F) Data is saved at choosed path as selected hours

- “RecNo.0000” explanation : Recorder number which is counted when the
StxRecorder program is loaded.

2) Incident Backup
- This Backup is executed in case of accident or emergency. It receives the saved data
from Capsule by RTM PC with VDR Power Off.

A) Load the StxReplayer.

B) Open the Capsule Load Window.
- Select “Load” or click Icon on the VdrSystem menu.

C) Select the Capsule type

- HVR01 : For VDR Capsule
- SVR02 : For SVR Capsule
- MKII : For DAN Electronic Capsule

D) Set the download storage(Unit:MB) which is the 『 Read Size 』 of the 『 Etc
Config』
Ex) 10 MB → Backup the Data(4 Folders) before 4Minutes(10/2.5, 2.5M per 1Min)
from now. In this case if you set 0 at the 『Read Size』value, it brings all Data
from the Capsule.

E) Choose the download path of the RTM PC.

F) Press『Load VDR Data』button.

- If there is no Data in the default folder, the following message doesn’t seems.

<If the Data exist in the default folder, click “Yes” to remove all files. >

G) Run the Backup Data
- Open the “RecNo.0000” from the settled path.
Ex) Settled path : “RecNo.0000” of the folder “C:₩VDR₩Capsule”
