For Staff Level participants, there is no requirement to bring any


materials or preparation. Please ensure that you bring personal
necessities.

Transportation Details

• Participants will travel independently, and will be given transportation fee*


(Rp 500.000,- / pax)

• Transportation fee will be distributed directly to registered Participants’ Payroll Account

• For iLead Bootcamp scheduled on:


between the 1st - 15th of the month: the transportation fee will be distributed within the same month.
after the 15th of the month: the transportation fee will be distributed in the following month.

*Transportation fee given for training in Bogor/Sentul area only and for participants in HQ. Participants from Region may liaise
with respective secretary for BTR

Accommodation Details

• The training venue and accommodation will be in the same hotel.

• Participants will stay for 2 days and 1 night.

• There will be 2 people in 1 room, and the room assignments will be


confirmed later by PIC.

Reschedule Guideline

• Rescheduling requests must be submitted to PIC for each levels from DDI
• Participants are responsible to find their replacement in certain Batch
• Each Batch is required to have Min.20 & Max.25 Participants, as long as there is still availability
• Rescheduling request must be done at least 7 Days before the original session
