and Effectiveness, Learning & Development, Personnel Management to
Industrial Relations domains.

Inba’s last corporate assignment which concluded in end-March 2009 was


with M/s Hewlett-Packard where he was Director of Learning &
Development function of a Global Delivery vertical with a multi-national
team of Business L&D Consultants directly reporting into him. Inba has
worked in Polaris Software Lab Ltd., BPL Innovision Business Group, GE,
GEC Alsthom, B.K. Group, L&T, and Britannia Industries Ltd., in roles
ranging from Heading HR, Organisation Development, Business HR, to
Factory Personnel management.

Since July 2009 Inba and Dr. Rajani Inbavanan have set up an
independent consulting practice, People Dimensions@Work focusing on
Organisation Development, Team Effectiveness, Leadership & Talent
Development, Executive Coaching, Employee Relations and Employee
Well Being.

Inba is an accredited Executive Coach of Coaching Foundation of India -


CFI. He is also a Member of the International Association of Coaches. He
is certified in ‘Coaching from a Systems Perspective’ from Society for
Organisational Learning - SoL and has facilitated their Structured Case
Review initiative along with an Executive Coach from Singapore. In the last
14+ years, Inba has successfully concluded 65+ Executive Coaching
assignments in IT, ITeS, Retail, Manufacturing sectors for Business &
Functional leaders and Sr. Managers.

Inba has a post graduate degree from Madras University specialising in


Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, and Labour Welfare. He is
certified in MBTI Step II, EUM-I and FIRO Business which he uses
extensively in his interventions.

Inba resides in Bangalore with his wife Dr. Rajani – a Counsellor & Psycho
Therapist. They have two children – Karthik and Krithika - both working
professionals.
