Your journey at Turing will start as a Data Scientist/Software Engineer. To start with, in this role,
you'll be tasked with designing and writing efficient code in Python to solve challenging tasks,
including evaluating and ranking AI model responses to a variety of user requests. Your work
will involve deep analysis and the creation of comprehensive, well-articulated explanations for
your choices, demonstrating strong English skills and high level of technical ability. Expertise
with AI models or LLMs is not a requirement, but interest/passion in working with LLMs is a
must. We're looking for passionate individuals to help achieve our vision.
As your skills hone up, you have the choice of diving deeper into the AI data science space and
grow in the data science job family, or if you are someone who loves programming, you can
continue onto the product engineering space and grow within the software engineer job family.
On both tracks, you would venture into our world class enterprise Gen AI or App-development
solutions delivery as well as our Engineering and Data Science R&D teams.
Job Responsibilities:
● Write effective, high-quality Python code to train and evaluate AI models.
● Evaluate and rank AI model responses based on user requests across a wide range of
CS topics, providing detailed rationales for your decisions.
● Craft perfect model responses and articulate what constitutes an ideal response.
● Explain your reasoning and logic comprehensively for your evaluations.
● Conduct peer code reviews, offering constructive feedback and criticism.
● (optional) Data Scientist track: Dig into messy real world data, develop hypotheses and
conduct data analyses to test them using Python

● Must have a 4-hour overlap with US time zones.
● Full-time position: 40 hours per week
● Remote role*, with travel to Turing hubs and customers
