Introduction to my Department and other departments I visited:

Internship Program at Limat Soft Solution

Project Development:
During my internship, I had the opportunity to work on a web development project
alongside a talented team. We successfully developed a web page with a robust
backend system. Our collaborative efforts resulted in the creation of a functional and
user-friendly website. Throughout this project, I honed my web development skills
and gained hands-on experience in implementing various technologies.

Figma Design:
As part of the project, our team also created a detailed Figma design for the web
page. Figma allowed us to collaborate efficiently and ensure a seamless design
process. I actively participated in the design discussions and contributed to the
overall aesthetics and usability of the website.

Continuous Learning:
To enhance my knowledge and skills, my industry mentor recommended completing
a course on Free Code Camp. The course provided valuable insights and expanded
my understanding of the technical aspects required for a successful web project. It
allowed me to acquire new knowledge and keep up with the latest industry trends,
which further complemented my internship experience.

Database Team and Support:

In the later stages of my internship, I had the opportunity to work closely with the
database team. I actively participated in database management tasks, gaining hands-
on experience with data organization, storage, and retrieval. Additionally, I
contributed to the support team, assisting clients and troubleshooting technical

issues. This exposure helped me develop a holistic understanding of the web
development process and the importance of collaboration across different teams.

Duties and Responsibilities performed:

During the first month of my internship, my primary responsibility was to work on

the Figma design for a distance study hub website. I collaborated with my team to
create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, ensuring a
user-friendly and visually appealing design.

Once the design phase was completed, I transitioned into the development part of
the project. Under the guidance of my industry mentor, I was tasked with
completing an advanced CSS course on freecodecamp.org. This course allowed me
to enhance my CSS skills and learn about the latest techniques and best practices in
web development.

After successfully completing the CSS course, I began working on the database
aspect of the project. I utilized SQL to design and implement the database structure
for the Li-mat website. This involved creating tables and collecting the data from
the particular table.

Following my contributions to the distance study hub project, I was assigned to the
Globalization Solution project. In this project, my team and I developed the
services page. The technology stack we utilized included HTML, CSS, React,
JavaScript, and SQL. With these tools, we implemented dynamic and interactive
features on the services page to provide users with a seamless browsing
experience.

Throughout these tasks and responsibilities, I actively engaged in collaborating

with my team members, seeking guidance from my mentor, and continuously
learning and improving my skills.
Introduction

learning solutions due to various factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic, and the
increasing demand for flexible education options. The aim was to develop a
distance study hub website that would provide students with an accessible and
comprehensive platform for their learning needs.

collaborative interface design tool. This was crucial to establish the visual layout,
user interface, and overall user experience of the website. By creating wireframes,
mockups, and interactive prototypes, the team was able to iterate and refine the
design to meet the requirements and expectations of the target audience.
Moving forward, the focus shifted to the development phase. It was essential to
ensure that the website not only had an appealing design but also functioned
smoothly and efficiently. This required expertise in various technologies, including
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and SQL.
Additionally, during the development phase, an important aspect was to enhance
the website's CSS capabilities. This involved completing an advanced CSS course
on freecodecamp.org, recommended by the industry mentor. The course provided
valuable insights into advanced CSS techniques, enabling the team to create
visually engaging and responsive web pages.
Another significant challenge was the implementation of the database for the
website. Using SQL, the team designed and structured the database to handle the
storage, retrieval, and management of various data related to courses, users,
assessments, and other relevant information. Ensuring data integrity and security
were key considerations throughout the database development process.
Towards the latter part of the internship, the team was assigned to the
Globalization Solution project. Here, the focus was on developing the services
page of the website. Utilizing the HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, and SQL
knowledge gained, the team implemented dynamic features, interactive elements,
and seamless navigation to enhance the user experience and provide
comprehensive information about the services offered.
Throughout the internship, collaboration, learning, and skill development were
emphasized. Working closely with team members, seeking guidance from the
industry mentor, and continuously improving abilities in design, development, and
database management were essential to successfully address the challenges and
achieve the project's goals.

How we are solving the above Problem:

To address the challenges and problems encountered during the internship, several
solutions were implemented:

I began working on the database aspect of the project. I utilized SQL to design and implement
the database structure for the distance study hub website. This involved creating tables, and used
DQL (Data Query Language)

Project 3:
In the Globalization Solution project, my team and I were tasked with developing the services
page for the distance study hub website. To accomplish this, we utilized a comprehensive
technology stack consisting of HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, and SQL.
Using HTML, we created the structural foundation of the services page. We organized the
content, including headings, paragraphs, lists, and images, to ensure clear and coherent
presentation. HTML allowed us to structure the page in a semantically meaningful way,
promoting accessibility and search engine optimization.
CSS played a crucial role the visual appearance the services page. We utilized CSS stylesheets
to define the layout, colours, typography, and overall aesthetics of the page. By applying CSS
rules and selectors, we ensured consistency and visual coherence across the website. We also
leveraged CSS animations and transitions to add subtle yet engaging interactive elements to the
pages.

Conclusion

My internship at Li-mat Soft Solution as a web developer has been an invaluable

experience. I am grateful for the opportunity to work on a web development
project, The internship experience I had was highly rewarding and provided me
with valuable opportunities to contribute to the development of a distance study
hub website. Throughout the internship, I actively participated in various aspects of
the project, gaining hands-on experience, and enhancing my skills in design,
development, and database management.

In the initial month, I focused on designing the website using Figma. Collaborating
with my team, we created wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to
establish a visually appealing and user-friendly design. This phase allowed me to

understand the importance of effective UI/UX design in creating a seamless
browsing experience.

Transitioning into the development phase, I took on the challenge of enhancing my

CSS skills. I completed an advanced CSS course on freecodecamp.org, which
equipped me with the latest techniques and best practices in CSS. This enabled me
to implement visually engaging and responsive web pages, ensuring a consistent
and visually appealing layout across the website.

Subsequently, I delved into the realm of database implementation using SQL.

Working closely with the team, I designed and structured the database to handle
the storage and retrieval of various data related to courses, users, and assessments.
This experience heightened my understanding of data organization, relationships,
and security.

As the internship progressed, I was assigned to the Globalization Solution project,

where my team and I focused on developing the services page. With the combined
utilization of HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, and SQL, we were able to create a
dynamic and interactive page. We implemented features such as collapsible
sections, tabbed content, and dynamic data rendering, all aimed at providing users
with a seamless browsing experience.

Throughout the internship, collaboration played a crucial role. I actively engaged

with my team members, seeking guidance from my industry mentor, and
continuously learning from their expertise. This collaborative environment fostered
innovation, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing.

Overall, this internship provided me with a well-rounded experience in web design,

development, and database management. I gained proficiency in various
technologies and tools, and I developed the ability to tackle challenges effectively.
