PATTERN
Head:
Rnd 1: mr (6)
Stuff the muzzle, pay special attention to the cheeks. Place the eyes between
rounds 16/17, with a distance of 8-9 sc apart (when folded). Fasten securely but
not too tightly. Tighten the cheeks: insert the needle into the center of the magic
ring and bring it out in the center of the 3rd row from the bottom, then make a
stitch upwards for 5 rows (2 rows below the eye level), then insert the needle
back into the magic ring, pull the loop formed by 2 ends of the threads and tie a
triple knot.
Embroider lashes, whites of the eyes with white thread, eyebrows are
embroidered at the level of rows 10-11. Embroider the nose in row 19, first with
black thread, then with pink.
Ears:
Rnd 1: mr (6)
Sl st 4 times through both walls of the ear, then fold the ear in half again and sew
with a needle. Sew the ears in the area of rounds 2-4 of the head.
Body:
Rnd 1: mr (6)
Row 2: From the second chain: 3 sc, 4 sc in one chain, 2 sc, inc (11)
Row 4: 1 sc, inc, 2 sc, (1 sc inc) * 4 times, 2 sc, (1 sc inc) * 2 times (25)
Row 5: 2 sc, inc, 2 sc, (2 sc, inc) * 4 times, 2 sc, (2 sc, inc) * 2 times (32)
Make sure the marker is placed exactly in the middle of the heel. Adjust the offset
stitches.
Row 26: If you prefer sewing the legs, in this row you can work 7 sc through both
walls. Leave a tail for sewing. I prefer attaching the legs with thread fastening, so
in this row I make 7 decreases and pull the thread tight.
Attach/sew the legs between rows 11-12 of the body. Stuff halfway if sewing the
legs, and stuff fully if attaching with thread fastening.
Arms:
Rnd 1: 6 mr
Adjust the last row of the arms so that when crocheting through both walls, the
decreases are evenly placed in the middle. (Add or decrease offset stitches).
Stuff halfway. Crochet together 4 sc through both walls. Sew between rows 33-34
of the body.
Tail:
Rnd 1: 6 mr (6)
Rnd 3: 12 sc (1 round)
Row 1: 18 ch
Outline with green color around, work 3 sc in the corners. Wrap the bow with
white color in the middle and sew it to the headband made of 66 ch (measure it
according to your bunny’s head).
Dress:
Work in turning rows, making 1 ch at the beginning of each row.
Row 1: 25 ch + 1 (26)
Row 2: 25 sc (25)
Row 4: 50 sc (1 row)
Row 5: 7 sc, 11 ch (skip 11 sc, start from the 12th stitch), 14 sc, 11 ch (skip 11 sc,
start from the 12th stitch), 7 sc (50)
Row 11: Attach burgundy color, secure and hide white thread. Then crochet 50 sc
through the back loop.
Row 12: 2 ch, 50 hdc through front loops. Close the round and continue
crocheting in rounds.
Row 13-16/17: 4-5 rows of 100 hdc each (adjust according to length, I used 4
rows).
Return to row 11, attach green color and crochet an edging for the front loops: 3
ch, sc in the next stitch, repeat to the end of the row.
Close the back of the dress with a lace made of 70 ch, passing it crosswise from
different sides, leaving a bow at the top (similar to tying shoelaces).
That should complete the pattern. If you have any further questions, feel free to
