INTRODUCTION
Some people are aware they respond and some people don't
know. Even students who are studying don't even know most
of the things.
They mostly said “We are listing this for the first time”. Then
we will give some knowledge and information about
Consumer Rights like Right to Safety, Right to be Informed
and many more. We explained to them in a very simple and
easy manner that they can’t face an issue to understand.
Wait for the notice from the forum and attend the
hearing on the given date. You can represent yourself or
hire a lawyer or an authorised agent. The forum will
hear both sides and pass an order within a specified time
limit.
If you are not satisfied with the order of the forum, you
can file an appeal in the higher forum within 30 days
from the date of the order.
