    We are writing to express our sincere interest in purchasing the following commodities as
    detailed below:

    1. COPPER CONCENTRATE

    COMMODITY: Copper Concentrate

    ORIGIN: Please advise

    QUANTITY:
    a) Trial Order: 10,000 MT (If satisfactory, the 1-Year Contract shall follow)
    b) 1-Year Order: 10,000 MT/Month (with an option to extend another 3 years)

    QUALITY: Cu 25%+/- (To be rejected if below 20%)

    TEST REPORT: Please provide FULL test report.

    PACKAGING: Large bags in containers

    UNIT PRICE: Please quote your best offer price per MT.

    LOADING PORT: Please advise

    DESTINATION PORT: Fangcheng Port, China

    SHIPMENT: Shipment shall start within 7 days after receipt of the LC by the Seller’s bank.

    PAYMENT METHOD:
    1) After signing of the SPA, the Buyer shall issue an Irrevocable Transferable
    Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC, MT700) in favor of the Seller covering the value
    of one-month shipment as payment guarantee.
    2) After receipt of the DLC, the Seller shall issue a PERFORMANCE BOND (PB) in
    favor of the Buyer covering 2% of the DLC value.
    3) After successful SGS/CIQ inspection at the destination port, the Buyer shall make 100%
    payment by MT103/TT wire transfer.

    2. COPPER CATHODE

    COMMODITY: Copper Cathode (Electrolytic Grade A)

    ORIGIN: Please advise

    QUANTITY:
    a) Trial Order: 5,000 MT (If satisfactory, the 1-Year Contract shall follow)
    b) 1-Year Contract: 5,000 MT/Month (with an option to extend another 3 years)

    QUALITY: Cu 99.99% (To be rejected if below 99.97%)

    TEST REPORT: Please provide

    DIMENSION: 914mm x 914mm x 12mm

    WEIGHT: 125Kg

    PACKAGING: Bundles, banded by aluminum bands

    UNIT PRICE: Please quote your best offer price per MT

    LOADING PORT: Please advise

    SHIPMENT: Shipment shall start within 7 days after receipt of the LC by the Seller’s bank.
