Transformer Installation Guide

Please read and understand EVERYTHING in this

guide before attempting to install this product.
If you are not 100% confident, seek the services of a
qualified pinball repair technician.
(1) Make 100% certain you have identified all connections
and established that this part is correct for your machine
before proceding.
(2) Mount the new transformer to the cabinet as per the
original factory installation. You may need to drill two new
holes as the replacement TX is slightly wider in one dimension.
(3) Identify the WHITE & BLACK wires coming from the
input power switch box. These need to be removed from
the old connector block and fitted to the new one (see
pictures).

You can use the pin removal tools provided and it might
be necessary to replace the connectors (female type).
(4) Install the correct jumpers in this mains connector plug to
suit the mains supply voltage for your area (see pics in this guide).
(5) Fit the green shorting link plug to the correct voltage
position for your machine and screw the board to the
cabinet bottom with the two screws provided (see diagrams).
(6) It is wise to leave the secondary plugs disconnected intially
and measure the voltages present when powering up the new
transformer for the first time. Refer the service manual
for your machine.

Audio Power Supply Voltage Selection Plug

Install the selection plug to either the
12V or 18V side depending on your
game voltage requirements.
