Critical Path (Duong GANT) Network Diagram

Critical Path CPM


 Critical path is the longest path through the network from start
to finish through critical task.  ES: Early Start
 Critical task is the tasks with reserve time (free time) equal 0.  EF: Early Finish
Mean that the tasks are fix time.  LS: Late Start
 Meaning: the length of the critical path on the time axis, which  LF: Late Finish:
is the shortest possible time for the project to complete as  Tg: Complete time
planned, i.e. the time to complete the project..
