o Meetings with Clients, consultants, and the main contractor along with the Projects manager and construction
manager regarding site issues and day-to-day site operation & continued development. In addition, we are
primarily focused on site issues for rectification.
o Taking proactive measures against the nature of work, including participating in minutes of meetings and site
visits.
o Developed and implemented HSE policies, HSE plans, and HSE prequalified plans. Organizational charts cost,
KPIs, statistics, training trackers, IMS | EMS | QMS procedure moreover so as per site and clients’ requirements
o Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way in the organization from the top to
down and that they are followed at all times.
o Coordinate with HSE representatives on HSE matters as well as government authorities on matters pertaining to
legal HSE requirements.
o Liaise with the subcontractor’s safety representative(s) regarding the HSE of all work undertaken by
subcontractors.
o Establish and maintain an effective HSE administrative system for all operations and sites.

o To Plan, implement, coordinate, and supervise health safety and environmental activities within the
organization according to the OHSAS 45001, QMS 9001, EMS 14001, local and international standards.
o Direct responsibilities for assuring compliance with site EHS Plan, work instruction, EHS contractual obligation
and local EHS rules and regulation for all the site employees including sub-contractors.
o Conduct project-based IMS internal Audits to ensure the compliance of company, local, and international ISO
standards.
o Conduct regular work task inspections of site operational activities including sub-contractors for compliance
with contract, permit to work procedures, approvals and other applicable regulation and commitments.
o Implement and conduct required training for the staff and field employees.
o Arrange and conduct Evacuation drill within the organization and fulfil the required gaps.
