Answer: It is a call-back solution for registered users to make International calls with their
respective authenticated mobile numbers.
Answer: Currently, the registered users can only dial to US/Canada and UK (fixed)
countries. But very soon we are planning to have the service open to other countries
also.
Will I be charged?
Answer: It is a toll-free service. However, the respective project will be charged for the
associate’s usage @ Rs.1.35/- per minute.
Answer: One should first raise a RICS Any-Connect request in My Bridge app available in
One-Cognizant. Upon proper approvals from Director or above, the requestors’
HCM authenticated mobile number will be whitelisted for RICS Any-Connect
service, post which a formal email will be sent to the requestor.
Answer: One should get their mobile number authenticated with HCM prior to opting the
service.

I am a RICS Any-Connect user, but recently my number got changed. How do I get my new
number registered for RICS Any-Connect?
Answer: The first thing you should do is to get your new number authenticated in HCM. My
Bridge will recognize the change and automatically raises a new RICS Any-
connect request for you. The auto-registration process remains same as your first.
Simultaneously, your old mobile number will automatically get deregistered to the
service.
Answer: No, RICS Any-Connect service is only for making International Calls
Answer: It is similar to standard PSTN dialing. “00” followed by country code, number and
hash (#).
