WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS FORM?


To assist Mira consulting in interviewing candidates for the National Skills Fund (NSF) Internship and WIL
Programme. This form will be used to interview and select candidates for the programme.

All applicants must fill in this form as part of the interview process. You need to fill in this form in
full and accurately. Incomplete forms will lead to the interview being invalid.

WHO SHOULD COMPLETE THIS FORM?


Only candidates who have already applied for the Internship and WIL Programme. Only
candidates who have been selected for the interview.

NOTES:
This document is not in any way an agreement or commitment.
▪ The selection of learners is totally dependent on results obtained and the outcome of
the selection process.
▪ The programme is open for South Africans only.

▪ Only candidates from Mpumalanga (Nkangala, Gert Sibande, Bohlabela, Ehlanzeni)


and Gauteng (City of Tshwane and Johannesburg) may apply due the number of
limited opportunities available.
