Congratulations on your new milestone and a very warm welcome to Tyson family!
We are delighted to offer you an opportunity to join our team as an intern. The duration of the
internship will be for a period of four months starting from 04 March 2024. Program can be
extended based on the student’s availability and or business requirement. During this period, you
will be paid a stipend of Rs.25,000 per month. Please refer to the addendum for the terms.

channeling our size and scale to tackle some of biggest sustainability challenges facing the world
today.
As part of the role with Tyson, you will go through an engaging set of trainings that will help you
develop your skills. You will be assigned to a specialty practice post the training. In addition to
your training, we welcome you to participate in all our events.
We will work closely with your university to ensure appropriate steps have been taken to make this
program an exciting and positive experience for you.
As acceptance of the internship program and the terms attached in the addendum, please sign on
the copy of the letter and share it back with us.

As an intern with the Company, you will not, during or after the term of internship, in whole or in
part, disclose any of the Company’s trade secrets and confidential and proprietary information to
any person, firm, corporation, association or other entity for any reason or purpose whatsoever.
The obligation of confidentiality shall apply equally to any and all confidential or proprietary
information of the customers/clients or associates of the Company that may be disclosed to you
during the course of your internship.
All notes, records, drawings, memoranda or other documents that are made or compiled by the
Team Member or which are available to the Team Member while on this program concerning any
process, invention or products produced, manufactured, or developed by the Team Member during
the course of internship shall be the property of the Company, except as specifically provided by
law.
The Team Member agrees to deliver any such documents, as outlined in section 3.3., to the
Company upon termination of internship, or at any other time at the Company’s request, except as
specifically provided by law. This includes Team Members who may be considered temporary,
part of the contingent workforce, or consultants.
