About The Role:

We have a big focus on learning and development opportunities for our talent to learn areas that are not readily
available in the market, like Project Delivery Lifecycle, Designing & Building end to end Cloud-based Solutions,
Product Development, Third Party Integrations, and the opportunity to work directly with Canadian Clients to gain
industry exposure and develop yourself as a Consultant.

● Design & Develop solutions for CRM Implementation & Integration Projects
● Ability to translate business requirements into well-tested & well-architected solutions
● Be able to provide estimates of the level of effort required to implement a solution based on business
requirements.
● Exposure to software development lifecycle methodologies, including iterative and incremental development,
with a high level of attention to technical excellence
● Familiarity with core programming concepts, including OOP, MVC, etc.

What We're Looking For:

● Excellent English language communication skills - Written and Spoken.


● You are an extrovert, analytical, assertive, and opinionated person and can hold & defend your rightful
business position and relevant point of view in a discussion.
● BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant discipline.
● Command over Java/ React Native/ Node.js/ SQL/ C#/ PHP or similar platforms.

● React Native / Node.js / SQL / PHP / HTML / Angular / CSS will be a plus.
● We are looking for Curious People who are ready to learn and grow with our organization.
● You will have a high degree of Drive to succeed in the technology industry, and you are willing to put in the
work to achieve this success
