Part I – Installation

1. Go to https://www.slimjet.com/en/dlpage.php
2. Click on 64-bit web installer under stable release

3. Run the downloaded file to begin the installation


4. Choose your language and click OK

5. Read and click I Agree

6. Click Next

7. Click Install

8. The browser will open after the installation is complete
Click “NO” , do not enable AdBlocker

Part II – Configuration

1. On the top right of the browser window, click on the cog-wheel to open settings

2. Click on the “New extension added… (Application Launcher for Drive (by Google))

3. Click on “Remove from Slimjet” to remove the addon

4. Click on the cog-wheel again, then click Settings

5. On the left menu, click on Privacy and security.
On “Enable WebRTC” line click the button to DISABLE it.
On “Send anonymous usage statistics to help improve Slimjet…” click the button to DISALBE
it.

6. On the left menu, click on Omnibox.


Select the search engine to be Google

7. On the left menu, click on Mouse gestures.

Disable the mouse gesture setting

8. On the left menu, click on Languages.


Disable Google Translate
Disable Check for Spelling errors

9. On the left menu, click on Downloads.
Enable “Ask where to save each file before downloading…”

10. On the left menu, click on Misc.


Enable the Print using system dialog

11. On the left menu, click System.
Disable the continue running backup apps when Slimjet is closed.

12. Still in System settings, click on Manage Proxies.

13. Click on “New” on the bottom left

14. Enter the proxy IP address you received. (99.99.99.99 is just an example here)
Port = 6128
Enable the “Use http proxy for all protocols” setting.

Click Done to close the window.

15. Back in the System settings, select the new Proxy0 you created:

16. Open a new tab, go to https://google.com

Enter the username/password:

then click Sign in

17. You can save the password for convenience

18. You can now continue to the required website
