2. Learning outcomes

To enable students to develop quality management skills and ISO standards. This course
provides an understanding of quality management (Quality control, quality assurance & QM).
Students will learn how organizations can develop excellence through the adoption of continuous
improvement. The course analyzes and uses various process management techniques, continuous
improvement tools, and strategies to improve quality. This course enables students to provide
leadership in shaping culture for quality within an organization.
