piping up to 3 mtr. (Foundation required shall be
provided by the client)
c JOCKEY PUMP
Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning
Electrically driven Mono block Jockey pump of capacity
180 LPM 70 mtr head with all the necessary accessories
operating on 3 Ph. 50 Hz. 415 V AC supply including 1 Nos 0
foundation bolts etc. complete, The Pump set shall be of
7.5 HP. (Foundation required shall be provided by the
clint)

Electrically driven Terrace pump rated 450 LPM at 35 M
head high efficiency volute type with cast iron casting,
impeller, pump coupled to a squirrel cage induction motor, 1 Nos 0
totally enclosed fan cooled with supply condition 415V, 3
phases, 50Hz, foot mounted type rated for 5 HP at 2900
RPM .

3 PUMP CONTROL PANEL

Supply Erection, testing and Commissioning of Fully
automatic Motor control panel for Fire pumps incorporating
DOL starter for 1 Main & 1Diesel Engine Standby pump
and automatic direct online starter for 1 Jockey pump switch
gear rated for the motor HP. The control panel mounting
shall include necessary indication lamps for the RYB
phase showing the power supply conditions ammeter
with clear indications or motor full load current, 1 Nos 0
voltmeter with selector switch etc. The panel shall duily
painted with proper anti-corrosive lacquer and is of foot
mounted type with all accessories as required etc.

entry, incoming power cable upto panel and cabling
between control panel and pumps sets shall be provided by

class ERW pipes with ISI Mark complete including cutting
and jointing as per therequirements of standards, welding
usinghigh quality welding electrodes for pipe, supporting the
pipes using MS Channels or Angles in walls or structures at
required intervals as specified for fire fighting work. Piping
shall have one coat of anticorrossive zincchromate
industrial primer and two coats of IS approved colour code.
