Abstract: Research Results and Discussion on Eternal Flame Product

This study presents the findings and discussions derived from survey responses regarding the
Eternal Flame product, a novel innovation aiming to provide an alternative to traditional candles.
Statistical methods, including charts and graphs, were employed to present the data
comprehensively and facilitate understanding.
The analysis begins with an examination of respondent demographics, revealing active
participation from individuals aged 30 and above, primarily females (72%) compared to males
(28%). Civil status distribution indicates a majority of single respondents (50%), followed by
married individuals (48%) and a small percentage of widows (2%).
Regarding product usefulness, a positive response was observed, with 56% of respondents
affirming its utility, while 44% expressed probable usefulness. Design satisfaction garnered a
high level of agreement (70%), indicating favorable perceptions among respondents.
Furthermore, an overwhelming majority (90%) acknowledged the product's eco-friendliness,
reflecting positive environmental considerations. In terms of convenience, 42% found the size
very suitable, with an additional 38% indicating it was just fine. Notably, no respondents deemed
the size inappropriate.
Regarding product recommendation, a significant proportion (56%) expressed a definite
intention to recommend the product to friends and relatives, highlighting potential word-of-
mouth marketing opportunities. Similarly, 60% of respondents indicated a definite intention to
purchase the product when available, with an additional 30% expressing likelihood to purchase.
Perceptions of the product's innovativeness were overwhelmingly positive, with 96% of
respondents considering it very innovative. Suggestions and recommendations from respondents
included design enhancements and durability improvements, which the company acknowledged
as valuable insights for future product development.
In conclusion, the survey results reflect widespread interest and positive perceptions of the
Eternal Flame product among respondents. The findings provide valuable feedback for product
refinement and market positioning, enabling the company to address consumer preferences
effectively and enhance the product's market appeal.
