C: Hello everyone. My name is Cesia Oliva

F: Hello Cesia. My name is Fernando De la Cruz

M: And my name is Mayvi QUISPE. Let's start with the interview

C: That's good. We will start with the following question: How do you consider yourself for this
position?

F: I consider myself a proactive, responsible, efficient person, with the ambition to continue learning
and excelling in my area of work.

M: In my case, I consider myself a capable person who can do anything because I am a very
perfectionist, who seeks to find the method in which I can help, in a very beneficial way, the company
and thus be able to excel with great success.

C: Very good features guys. Now let's move on to another question. Why are you looking to get this
job?

M: I have come to this interview because I have been looking for the opportunity to obtain it, since I
have heard very good reviews about this company.

F: Because I want to know more about this company and its long history, that is why I would like to be
part of this team to contribute to its growth.

C: I'm glad you feel those things about this company. What does this company have to offer?

F: I have excellent skills with numbers, in addition to that, I have developed great work experiences
since I was a child and an immense desire to advance and be able to innovate in the position for which
I know I am one hundred percent qualified.

M: I have knowledge in marketing. I worked in companies like KPMG. My last job was in the company
“Don Pepe” where I worked as Area Manager.

C: In this job they have to know a lot about innovation and how improve the company. What sets you
apart from other candidates?

M: I think what sets me apart from others is the discipline they impose on me. I know that wherever I
put myself, I will give my all to push the limits.

F: I have specializations that add value to my work and above all the commitment to give my best in
this company

C: They have excellent skills and a lot of confidence to respond. Finally, we have the last questions.
What did you think of the interview? Do you have any question?

M: I found it a very interesting interview. It has been a privilege to have been chosen and I have no
doubt. Thank you.

F: It has been a great experience and it is a great pleasure to meet you.

C: Very good morning guys. Thank you for coming to the interview.

F: Thank you. It was a pleasure

M: It was a pleasure. See you soon
