Educational Resources are used in a learning environment to help and assist with people's development
and learning. They're designed to reinforce learning and in some cases allow people to put their
knowledge to the test.

 It is reusable: it can be easily contextualized according to the specific needs of the teaching –
learning process and is adaptable to the needs of a particular course, unit or module.
 It is flexible: it can be easily modified and update.
 It is accessible and interoperable: it is independent of the technologies used and the operating
system ( multi-platform )

Types of Educational Resources

TRADITIONAL

- Include textbooks, workbooks, and physical learning.

DIGITAL

- Encompass online courses, educational website, e-books, and educational apps.

HUMAN

- Refers to teachers, tutors, and other educational professionals.

IMPORTANCE OD EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES IN LEARNING AND TEACHING PROCESS

- Are vital for learning and teaching. They enrich learning with extra information and examples,
cater to various learning styles, and promote self-paced knowledge for all, regardless of
location.
