➀ START key Pressing this button switches the machine on (in the case of a new installation, commissioning takes
place first). By pressing it again, a previously selected programme can be started.
The button indicates the current operating status through different colours.
GREEN (increasing sectors) = machine is being filled and is heating
GREEN (permanent) = machine is in standby mode
BLUE (sectors) = wash programme running
Half RED / Half BLUE = Machine is in Login Mode via the escape key
RED (permanent) = critical fault (see chapter 12.3)
GREEN/RED (alternating) = uncritical failure (see 12.3)
Pressing and holding (3 sec.) activates the automatic drain and self-cleaning programme (when the
machine is on) and the machine switches off afterwards.
After switch off, however, the machine is not voltage free!
➁ STOP key With this button the machine can be switched into off mode at any time. Active programmes are abor-
ted. The LED of the cancel button is actuated outside the operating states "Machine OFF" and "STAND-

The following data is not changed at the factory reset:
• Data for daily and weekly programme (is regulated via S78 if active)
• The last active wash programme
• Service info (A137)
• Date of the last USB / WiFi connection
• The internal flag enquiring whether the calibration of the turbidity sensor was ok
• Fault memory
• Time for the osmosis count
• Relay delay times
• Hygiene report data
• Offset values for the zero point adjustment (A56 and A96)
A successful factory reset is confirmed by a brief activation of the signal sensor.

Capacitive touch panel
Capacitive touch panels (like the iPhone) detect the positi-
on of the touch by changing an electric field. At least
one finger must touch the touchscreen - it does not work
with gloves or a pen. Electrodes in the corners produce
a weak electric field. Upon contact, part of the charge
of the field is dissipated. This changes the electric field.
This change can be measured - and thus determine the
position of the finger.

1. Sensitiveness of the control panel Involve the user in adjusting the sensibility so as to
take his individual sensation into consideration.
In isolated cases, the sensitiveness of the control panel
may be increased. This can cause a machine function to
be triggered by other influences then the push of a button
by the user's finger.
The higher the set value, the less sensitive the buttons
will react.
– A76 = 0% --> factory setting, no reduction of sensiti-

All buttons on the control panel react to a touch with
the tip of the finger; it is also possible to trigger the
"progress bar pump-out" with the fingertip.

CAUTION!!!
1. An output remains activated as long as 0/1 is actu-
ated. There is no safety function here (for example,
boiler heating with an empty boiler is possible).
2. Only activate filling valve Y1 (DA5) in the diag-
nostics menu item Boiler filling!!
Because only one output is actuated during the output
test.

Message in display 020 F
ault in wash tank pressure sensor. Pump out machine and re-
start.
Cause of fault On starting the filling programme, the voltage value on the pressure transmit-
ter tank B4 (AE4) is saved internally. After a number of C58 rinsing steps, the
voltage at B4 (AE4) is ≤ (0.03V + the saved start value), thus a fault is trigge-
red. If the voltage is at AE4 ≥ (A95 + the saved start value) during the filling
programme, the switching off of rinse pump M2 A10 causes the internally
saved value to be overwritten with the voltage that is now applied to B4 (AE4)
and monitoring starts from the beginning. With the end of the filling program-
me or on reaching the tank full level A78, monitoring also ends. If parameters
C58 or A95 are on 0, no monitoring takes place.
