Making Sentences

Directions
1. Players mix up the subject cards and place them face
down in a pile. Players mix up the verb cards and place
them face down in a different pile.

2. Player 1 picks one subject card and one verb card.


Player 1 says a sentence out loud using both words.

3. Player 1 writes his or her sentence on the paper


using a capital letter at the beginning and correct
punctuation at the end.

4. Players take turns picking cards and making sentences.


The game ends when there are no cards left.
